Kevin Briscoe MCIPR

Kevin Briscoe is director and owner of award-winning Briscoe PR Ltd. He has extensive knowledge and experience of PR and communications and has been at the forefront of the field for almost 23 years.

A former newspaper journalist for regional Hampshire newspapers (Portsmouth News and Southampton Echo) and national titles as well as a contributor to radio and TV stations, he developed his communications skills as the Head of Media and Corporate Communications for Hampshire Constabulary. After 10 years at Hampshire Constabulary he became a freelance consultant and established Briscoe PR Ltd in 2007.

Kevin's clients include National Air Traffic Services (NATS); Office of National Statistics Census 2011 Team; The Rose Bowl Executive Business Club; Southampton and Bournemouth Universities; New Forest District Council; Southampton Engineering Training Association (SETA); ISD Computer Services Ltd;  Award Health and Safety Training; Lemon Sole Seafood Restaurant and Grill; and Primo Smoothie Ltd.

Kevin is a part-time lecturer in journalism techniques and theories at Portsmouth University, a non-executive director of the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Southampton and Fareham Chamber of Commerce.

Like Rhian, he is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and was a judge for the 2009 CIPR Regional Pride Awards. Rhian and Kevin work together on a range of accounts and projects.
